However, while our collection of board games is designed for entertainment and memorable moments, we unfortunately must put forth a friendly but urgent disclaimer: We can’t guarantee you’ll win every game. But we try our best to give you a fantastic time nonetheless. And maybe leave you with a craving for cinnamon buns. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
1.2 We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, images, pricing and availability. Please don’t mistake any obvious errors or bad jokes for product guarantees. While unlikely, the appearances of the products may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website.

3.3 We understand the allure of boardgaming, but let’s not forget our responsibilities beyond the table top. Make sure to keep an eye on the world around you as well. Get your daily dose of fresh air and sunlight and give your friends and family the love they deserve.
4.1 Our board game prices are in euros (€) and are carefully selected to offer an optimal balance between quality, enjoyment and financial sanity. We strive to make your board game wishes come true without causing a serious dent in your bank account. However, we hold no responsibility for any impulsive purchases of game expansions or delicious cinnamon goods that promise to enhance your gaming experience. Because let’s be honest, they really do.
4.2 All prices listed on our website include taxes and insurance against dragon attacks and exclude shipping fees, unless stated otherwise.
4.3 When it comes to payment, we accept various forms, including iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal and eternal obedience. The latter is still in its experimental stage however, so we advise you to stick with the conventional payment methods for now. But if you nevertheless want to go that route, it can be arranged.
5.1 We’ll do our best to get your Cinnamon Games products to you as quickly as possible. We strive to deliver your order to our shipping partner on the same day, but please understand that delivery times may vary depending on factors like game fairs, power cuts, pandemics, wars, alien invasions and holidays.
5.2 Once your order leaves our warehouse, they journey with our trusted shipping partners. While we take precautions, unforeseen hiccups can occur. Please note that we’re not liable for any mysterious vanishings or other inexplicable phenomena during transit. If your game goes missing or if the world as you know it is about to end, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
5.3 In the case of force majeure, we reserve the right to disband our agreement and refund you your payment. We’ll still be friends, of course.
6.1 We are not liable for any damage caused to the product after delivery, either through personal use or through any other cause such as water, dragonfire or regular fire.
6.2 If you, upon opening the game box, come to the unfortunate discovery that there are components missing, we understand if you panic. We would, too! But worry not, we will come to your aid and send you any missing components. Simply reach out to us and we’ll sort it out.
7.1 While we don’t anticipate it, we understand that sometimes, things just don’t live up to expectations. Fear not, for we’re here to support you. If you find that a game you’ve purchased remains unopened and undamaged and doesn’t quite bring the joy you were seeking, you may return it within a time frame of two weeks. However, return shipping costs are at your expense.
7.2 To initiate a return or to discuss matters of refunds, cinnamon bun recipes or the purpose of life, please contact us. We’re experts.
